How to make purple cabbage as baby food

Ingredients: 120g purple cabbage puree, 180g medium-gluten flour, 20g whole wheat flour, 1g salt, 2g yeast, 5g sugar.

Method: 1. Take 5 pieces of purple cabbage leaves, add a small amount of water, put them into a grinding cup and beat them into a paste, then mix them with all the ingredients.

2. Knead the dough into a smooth and elastic dough. Let it ferment until it is twice as large. Remove the air, divide it into small portions and let it rise for ten minutes.

4. Place in a warm place and ferment until it is 1.5 times larger. Steam over medium-low heat for 15 minutes. Simmer for 5 minutes and then remove from the pot.

2. Cold purple cabbage

Ingredients: 500g purple cabbage, appropriate amount of red pepper, appropriate amount of green pepper, appropriate amount of garlic, appropriate amount of coriander, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of white sugar, and appropriate amount of white vinegar.

Method: 1. First, cut the purple cabbage, red pepper, green pepper into shreds, smash the garlic, and cut the coriander into sections.

2. Add oil to the pan and heat it.

3. Pour the purple cabbage into a bowl, add shredded red pepper, green pepper, garlic, coriander, 1 spoon of salt and half a spoon of sugar. Add a small amount of white vinegar, pour in the oil and mix well.

3. Purple Cabbage Grape Juice

Ingredients: 100g purple cabbage, 20 grapes, 1 apple, and appropriate amount of honey.

Method: 1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Purple cabbage and grapes. Put the apples in a bowl, add a little salt, soak them and wash them clean.

3. Cut the purple cabbage into small pieces. Remove the core of the apple and cut into small pieces.

4. Then put the ingredients into the juicer.

5. Add each ingredient alternately.

6. Stop after squeezing out the juice.
