5. The more common symptoms of baby rubella are low fever, fever, nasal congestion, runny nose, loss of appetite, weakness in the limbs, loss of appetite, etc. in the early stage. Gradually, some red spots will appear on the face and neck, and after a long time, they will spread to the whole body.
