What is the standard height and weight for a 3-year-old girl?

For parents, it must be very gratifying to see their children growing every day. At least it proves that their efforts are not in vain. However, during the baby's growth process, he may encounter many troubles, such as illness, etc., which requires parents to help the baby overcome difficulties. So the question is, what is the standard height and weight for a 3-year-old girl?

Judging baby's weight: There are two ways to judge whether the baby's weight is normal, namely weight for age and weight for height. The former is mainly based on the baby's actual age or age, using the calculation formula to calculate the weight, or it is deduced based on the baby's growth rate. For example, in the first 3 months after birth, the weight gain is 180-200 grams per week, 150-180 grams per week for 3-6 months, 90-120 grams per week for 6-9 months, and 60-90 grams per week for 9-12 months; the average increase in the second year is 2500-3000 grams, and after the age of 2, the average annual increase is about 2000 grams; the latter is judged based on the baby's height and gender. Age is not the key factor, because two babies of the same age may have very different weights, but if each is commensurate with their height, it is not abnormal. Therefore, to determine whether the baby is overweight, it is necessary to compare the normal standards of height and weight for people of the same gender.

Height (length) calculation method: The average height of a baby at birth is 50 cm, with an average growth of 2.5 cm per month from 1 to 6 months, an average growth of 1.5 cm per month from 7 to 12 months, and an increase of 25 cm from birth when the baby is one year old. 1-10 years old = age x 7 + 70 cm

Criteria for determining obese children: Medically speaking, a child is considered obese when his/her weight exceeds the standard weight of children of the same gender and height by 20%. Therefore, whether a baby is obese should be determined based on the standards of height and weight. According to the different degrees of overweight, it can be divided into:

Mild: 20%-29% over the standard body weight; Moderate: 30%-49% over the standard body weight; Severe: 50% or more over the standard body weight.
