Why do children get angry?

Children are more prone to getting angry. There are many reasons for getting angry. Because children's physical constitution is different from that of adults, children's metabolism is more active, so getting angry is also more common. There are many reasons, which I will introduce below. Generally, a balance is maintained in the human body, but due to some external factors, this situation will be broken, and getting angry will occur.

Babies have a different physique from adults. They have an active metabolism and grow and develop rapidly, which Chinese medicine calls a "pure yang body." Under normal conditions, a dynamic balance is maintained. Once this balance is broken by external factors, it can easily lead to internal heat. For babies who have been consuming high-calorie foods such as milk powder and fresh milk for a long time, sometimes due to many reasons such as imbalance in milk and food combination and unscientific feeding, they may suffer from indigestion, milk regurgitation, abdominal distension, anorexia, short and red urine, dry stool or constipation, excessive eye discharge, dry mouth and bad breath. People commonly call it "the baby is getting "heaty".

The three most common symptoms of babies getting angry are: 1. "Can't eat". The child refuses to eat, is irritable and restless, and even unwilling to drink water, and complains of mouth pain; there is fever at the onset, most of which are high fevers, and single or clustered small blisters can be seen in the mouth, surrounded by red halos, which are prone to form ulcers after breaking, and are covered with yellow-white cellulose secretions. Herpes and erosions or ulcers of varying sizes can be seen on the lips, tongue and cheek mucosa. 2. “Can’t stand it” The child has gastrointestinal dysfunction and complains of abdominal fullness and discomfort, or abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea and other symptoms; 3. “Unable to defecate” The child has constipation and defecates once every 3 to 7 days. The stool is hard and small in quantity, millet-like in shape, and the defecation process is prolonged or difficult; the baby has a lot of eye mucus and a red rash on the head and face. Causes of getting angry in children 1. Internal causes - Children's physiological characteristics make them prone to internal fire. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that children are "pure yang bodies" with a hot constitution, which makes them prone to the phenomenon of "getting angry" due to excessive yang and fire. Moreover, children's gastrointestinal tract is still in the development stage, and their digestive functions are not yet fully developed. Excess nutrients are difficult to digest, causing food accumulation to turn into heat and cause "getting angry". The absorption, digestion and self-regulation abilities are weak, and the unscientific food combination causes "getting angry". 2. External factors - internal fire caused by diet and environment. Dietary factors: too much meat, too concentrated milk, too sweet drinks and snacks are equivalent to supplementing the body. The intake of these high-protein foods is the source of fire. In addition, the intake of fried snacks such as potato chips and biscuits is also one of the factors that cause getting a sore throat. The environment causes internal heat: If the weather is hot and humid, and the water is hot, it is easy to cause internal heat.

It is quite common for children to get angry, so parents don’t need to worry too much. If this happens, you must go to the hospital for a check-up to see if there is a pathological cause. Also, make sure your baby drinks plenty of water and don’t let your baby stay up late. If your baby is eating milk powder now, you must pay attention to the amount of milk powder your baby consumes.
