Ingredients: 300 grams of potatoes, 100 grams of corn (fresh), 50 grams of carrots, 30 grams of mushrooms, 10 grams of celery, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of chicken powder, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 50 grams of corn starch.

Method: Chop the celery into pieces, and cut the carrots and softened mushrooms into small cubes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Cook them in the microwave on high heat. Take them out and mash them with a spoon. Add corn starch and knead them into a paste with your hands. Add salt and sugar to the mashed potatoes, add 1/2 teaspoon of chicken powder, mix well, add carrots, diced mushrooms, and minced celery, mix well to form a dough, take a small piece of dough and knead it into a round shape with your hands. Coat the outer layer with corn kernels, make all the meatballs one by one and place them on a plate. Add water to the steamer, put the meatballs in the steamer, and steam over high heat for about 15 minutes.
