What are the effective methods for students to lose weight?

The purpose of face slimming can be achieved through the following small movements.

1. Diet is important

There are many foods that are good for face slimming. Girls with facial edema can eat more foods that have the effect of reducing swelling and removing dampness, such as winter melon. If you have a muscular face, you should stay away from foods that exercise your chewing muscles, such as chewing gum and sugar cane. Because these foods will only make your facial muscles more developed. If you have a fat face, you can eat less high-fat foods and avoid lying prone on the bed to read. For example, eating face-slimming fruits and doing some small movements can effectively slim your face.

2. Shout "Ah" loudly

Face the mirror, open your mouth in the shape of the word "ah", and keep your chin down for about 10 seconds. Repeat the action 3 times. This pose is great for strengthening your jaw and cheek muscles.

3. Left and right lip curling

Close your lips lightly, first move your lips to the right, hold for 10 seconds, then move them to the left for the same 10 seconds, and alternate between the two sides more than 3 times. If you are not used to it at first, you might as well move left and right with your eyes. This small movement can strengthen the muscles in your cheeks and mouth corners, helping chubby cheeks disappear quickly.

4. Chin lift

Straighten your back, slowly tilt your head back, and lift your chin and neck as high as possible. Continue for about 10 seconds. Open your mouth in an "ah" shape until you feel tension in your jaw muscles, being careful not to arch your back. Lower your neck and chin, adjust your breathing, and repeat the above movements more than 5 times. This can greatly promote blood circulation and strengthen the curve from the chin to the neck.
