How to get kids to eat

With the improvement of living conditions, more and more children are beginning to become picky eaters. Many children like to eat snacks and take them as meals, and gradually begin to resist eating. This phenomenon makes parents very distressed. Many parents worry that their children will be hungry, so they start chasing their children to feed them. This practice will only make children hate eating more and more. So, is there any way to make children love eating?

Good environment: First of all, you need to create a good dining environment for your child. No TV, no toys, no games. Just eat. Try to have the three meals a day together at the dining table as a family. Let the child have a sense of rules and participation in group meals. If the child does not eat seriously, do not scold him. Find out the reason carefully and solve it. The more you quarrel, the more rebellious the child will be.

Attractive: Mainly refers to the color and shape of the food should be able to attract children's attention and arouse their interest in eating. For example, make the food more colorful and make the ingredients into different shapes. Then, encourage the child to pay attention to the changes in the ingredients while eating. If you cater to his preferences, he will naturally like to eat it.

Exercise more: By increasing children's activity level, they consume more energy and thus increase their appetite. When they feel hungry, they will naturally be willing to eat. More exercise can also strengthen children's body and make them stronger and healthier.

Avoid snacks: Reduce the intake of snacks such as biscuits, bread, and candies to a minimum, or simply avoid eating them. Do not let these foods that are not good for your child's health occupy your baby's stomach. If the baby's stomach is filled with snacks, he or she will naturally not be able to eat meals. Healthy snacks include fruits, nuts, milk, etc.

Good combination: Between two staple meals, let your child eat some fruits, milk, yogurt, etc. as snacks to diversify the nutrition, especially babies over 1 year old can drink yogurt. Yogurt helps intestinal digestion and improves the baby's appetite. Drinking some after meals every day can help the baby eat well. However, you should pay attention to the first time the baby drinks yogurt, so you should drink a small amount. Observe for a day without any abnormalities before continuing to drink it. Some babies will have diarrhea after drinking yogurt. The specific amount of drinking should be determined according to the size of the baby, and it is not advisable to drink too much.

Adjust the body: Some children do not like to eat because they are zinc deficient, or their spleen and stomach function is relatively poor. If the child has a poor appetite and does not like to eat for a long time, you can take the child to the hospital for examination and make timely adjustments.
