3. Look at the baby's condition

By observing the baby's condition, you can also get a more accurate judgment. If your baby sweats when he is not sleeping, or appears to be a little irritable and keeps moving around, it means that his clothes may be a bit too much. If the baby starts to curl up his body, appears nervous, and clenches his fists and is unwilling to open them, it means he is cold.
