The endothelial cells of capillary dilation may originate from the placental endothelium. The placental endothelial cells can enter the fetal blood circulation through the chorionic villi, clone and proliferate in the fetus, and form capillary dilation.

3. Soluble cytokine theory: the formation of capillary dilation is mainly caused by abnormal differentiation of endothelial cells. The occurrence of capillary dilation is due to the local secretion of a soluble factor, which causes abnormal proliferation of endothelium, rather than changes in the phenotype of the cells themselves. 2. External factors:
