Traditional Chinese Medicine Pinch the spine: Let the baby lie on his stomach on the bed. In summer, you can take off the shirt to expose the back. Use the thumbs, index fingers and middle fingers of both hands to gently pinch the skin starting from the coccyx, two fingers away from both sides of the baby's spine. Abdominal massage: Mommy rubs her palms to warm them up first, then slowly massages the baby’s abdomen in a clockwise direction for about 30 times. 2. Home care Eat some hawthorn as a snack: Eating some hawthorn and hawthorn products properly can promote the secretion of gastric juice, has the effect of eliminating greasiness, resolving internal accumulation, astringing yin and appetizing, can increase appetite and help digestion. However, hawthorn slices contain a lot of sugar and should not be consumed for a long time or in excess. Rubbing the navel and abdomen to aid digestion: The baby lies flat on the bed, and the parents rub the navel area with the middle finger or the base of the palm; you can also place four fingertips on the baby's abdomen and make gentle circular motions to promote intestinal peristalsis and help the baby digest. 3. Diet adjustment The three meals a day should be a little lighter.
