Why does a child have a headache when running?

Running, as a healthy form of exercise, is accepted by many sports enthusiasts in life. Running is suitable for men, women, young and old. In life, unreasonable running methods will often lead to physical discomfort. Headaches are very common in adults but also in children. Children can experience headaches during many diseases. So what is the reason for children's headaches when running?

When children experience headaches while running, it is more likely that they are experiencing growing pains. This situation occurs mostly because children are relatively active, their long bones grow quickly, and this is not coordinated with the growth and development of local muscles and tendons, leading to physiological pain. Growing pains generally do not require special treatment.

The most effective way to deal with pain while running is to give the child local massage and hot compress to help relieve the pain and make the child feel cared for and safe psychologically. Sometimes psychological factors can also cause headaches in children: such as homework pressure, the desire to get more care and attention from parents, etc. In addition, use diet therapy, 250 grams of Huaishan yam, 100 grams of pig tendon (other animal tendons are also OK), and appropriate amount of seasoning. Soak the tendons until soft, wash them, cut them into sections, add appropriate amount of water to boil, add yam and seasoning, simmer until cooked and serve. It will get better soon.

We already know the reasons why children get headaches when running. Running is a good way to exercise the body, but we cannot ignore the problems that arise during running, especially the problems that arise during children's exercise, because children may have some incorrect exercise methods during running.
