1) Drink plenty of water

To ensure health, children should be made to understand the importance of drinking water. When going to school or going out, let them carry a water bottle, keep a bottle of water in the car at all times, and require everyone to drink water at dinner. Make drinking water a good habit, and you will also find another benefit of water: even if it is accidentally spilled, it will not stain clothes.

(2) Don’t be too clean

The immune system can form immune memory against infectious agents, and if it encounters them again, it can quickly eliminate them. If your home is too clean, your child will not have the opportunity to produce antibodies through infection, and their resistance will be weakened, which may lead to allergies and autoimmune disorders.

Although it is too antibacterial and clean to be good for health, it is still necessary to cultivate basic hygiene habits in children, especially washing hands after going to the toilet, which can prevent diseases such as diarrhea or urinary tract infection.

(3) Get enough sleep

Poor sleep will reduce the number of T cells in the body responsible for fighting viruses and tumors, and increase the chance of getting sick. Experts suggest that growing children need 8 to 10 hours of sleep a day. If your child does not get enough sleep at night, you can let him take a nap during the day.
