Can synovitis in children be cured? How to treat it?

Children's joints are prone to symptoms such as pain after being damaged. If not treated, the joints will gradually become difficult to straighten. This situation usually involves synovitis. Since children's joints are not fully developed yet, they must be treated in time, otherwise more serious injuries may occur. Today I would like to mainly introduce Chinese medicine, and everyone can learn about it together.

1.Puncture therapy. When there is a lot of joint effusion and tension is high, joint puncture can be performed to completely drain the effusion and blood, and sodium hyaluronate, which is the main component of synovial fluid, can be injected into the joint cavity. The injection of sodium hyaluronate has the following effects: covering the surface of articular cartilage, which can protect the articular cartilage and prevent or delay further degeneration; protecting the joint synovium, removing pain-causing substances, and significantly reducing pain; improving the contracture state of the joint and increasing the range of motion of the joint; and improving the synovial fluid of the degenerated joint.

2. Acupuncture treatment. Body acupuncture: Commonly used acupoints: Shenshu, Baihuanshu, Huantiao, Chengfu, Yinmen, Weizhong, and Yanglingquan. Method: Select 3 to 5 acupoints each time and use the drainage method. The acupoints selected are mainly commonly used acupoints. Depending on the pain, Jiaji points, Ashi points and acupoints along the meridians can be added. Auricular acupuncture: Commonly used points: sciatic, adrenal, buttocks, Shenmen, lumbar vertebrae, and sacral vertebrae. Method: Use medium to strong stimulation and leave the needle in for 10 to 10 minutes. Acupuncture therapy is used on acupoints such as Shenshu, Huantiao, Weizhong, etc., once a day, and 10 times constitute a course of treatment. Acupuncture treatment is guided by the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine. It uses needles and moxibustion to perform acupuncture and moxibustion on the acupoints of the human body to achieve the purpose of curing diseases through the function of meridians. Acupuncture has the functions of harmonizing yin and yang, unblocking meridians, strengthening the body's resistance and eliminating evil.

The above methods are very effective in alleviating the symptoms of the disease and will not cause other toxic side effects. Patients can consider using them, but the specific situation still requires detailed examination to decide. In addition, the editor recommends that patients do not engage in excessive physical activity for the time being, and can insist on bed rest when necessary.
