Exogenous coughs can be divided into wind-cold and wind-heat. Observe the baby's tongue coating: if the tongue coating is white, it is a wind-cold cough; if the tongue coating is yellow or red, it is a wind-heat cough.

★ Roasted oranges

Roast the oranges directly over low heat, turning them constantly, until the peels turn black and steam comes out of the oranges. Wait for the orange to cool down a little, peel the orange peel, and let your baby eat the warm orange segments. If it is a big orange, you can eat 2 to 3 petals at a time. If it is a small tribute orange, you can eat 1 at a time. Suitable for babies with cold and cough. After eating roasted oranges, the amount of sputum will be significantly reduced, and the antitussive effect is very obvious.

★ Chuanbei Pear

5 grams of Fritillaria cirrhosa, 15 grams of rock sugar, and 1 pear. Wash the pear, cut it into pieces, and steam it together with the Fritillaria cirrhosa and rock sugar in a porcelain bowl. Turn off the heat after steaming thoroughly. Let the baby eat the pear flesh and drink the soup in the bowl after it cools down. Suitable for babies with wind-heat cough.

★ Almond, Radish and Pork Lung Soup

Cut 1 pig lung and 1 white radish into pieces, add 9 grams of almonds and stew them together. Babies with internal injuries and coughs can eat this often.
