2. Supplement folic acid and vitamin Bl2

For those who are deficient in vitamin B12, inject vitamin B12 intramuscularly once a day. After 2 weeks, inject twice a week. After the blood count returns to normal, inject once a month. Stop the medication after recovery.

3. Biotin therapy

Raw liver extract, 500 mg twice daily or injected once every two weeks. Consider taking an injection (but only under a physician's supervision) that contains all the ingredients needed to make red blood cells.
