(5) Astragalus and Polygonatum odoratum stewed with rabbit meat: 15g Astragalus, 12g Polygonatum odoratum, appropriate amount of rabbit meat. Add water and cook until done, season with salt and serve.

Blood deficiency constipation

Constipation is difficult to resolve, the complexion is sallow and dull, the mouth is dry and does not want to drink, the lips and tongue are pale, and the pulse is thin. Treatment: nourish the blood and moisten the intestines.

(1) Shouwu and Red Dates Porridge: 20g Shouwu, 30g rice, 5 red dates, and appropriate amount of rock sugar. Boil Shouwu with appropriate amount of water, remove the residue, add rice and red dates, cook into porridge, add rock sugar and dissolve it before eating.

(2) Stir-fried sweet potato leaves with lean pork: 200 grams of fresh sweet potato leaves, 50 grams of lean pork. Wash the sweet potato leaves, chop the lean pork, stir-fry over high heat, add a little oil and salt to taste.

(3) Pineapple Seed Porridge: 10g of pine seeds, 30g of rice, and an appropriate amount of honey. Boil the first two ingredients together with water, add honey and mix well before consumption.

(4) Sesame porridge: 15g black sesame, 50g rice, and appropriate amount of sugar. Roast the sesame and grind it into powder. Cook the rice into porridge. Add sugar and black sesame powder and mix well. Cook for a while and it is ready. Take on an empty stomach.

(5) Milk and honey: 250 grams of milk and 30 grams of honey. Boil the milk and add the honey.
