Symptoms of pneumonia:

The onset is generally acute, with symptoms such as fever, cough, and shortness of breath. In mild cases, there may be no fever, but only cough; in severe cases, there may be a severe cough and wheezing, and there may be symptoms of hypoxia such as rapid breathing and bluish lips; those caused by allergies may show shortness of breath and shortness of breath. Sometimes pneumonia may also cause complications, even being life-threatening.

Care:

●Keep the indoor air fresh, the temperature is suitable for about 18-20 degrees, and maintain a certain humidity and oxygen;

● Give nutritious, easily digestible light food, and avoid eating too much fish, meat and salty food;

●Children should wear appropriate clothing, not too much or too tight to avoid affecting their breathing;

●At the same time, let the baby pay attention to rest and change body position, and pat the child's back gently to help cough up phlegm.

Cold symptoms:

In mild cases, symptoms include nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and slight cough. Some may also have fever. Infants and young children are prone to vomiting and diarrhea. In severe cases, the patient has high fever at the onset, accompanied by headache, fatigue, sharp loss of appetite, frequent coughing, etc. Sometimes the inflammation spreads to the pharynx, tonsils, sinuses, middle ear or trachea, then other symptoms occur, and the systemic symptoms are also more serious.

Care:

●Encourage children to drink plenty of water. If they are constipated, they should have a bowel movement;

●The diet should be light, nutritious and easy to digest;

●When the body temperature exceeds 38.5℃, antipyretics can be used appropriately to prevent convulsions.

 Symptoms of diarrhea:

The frequency of bowel movements increases and their shape changes: the water content increases and they may contain undigested food, mucus, or pus and blood. Severe diarrhea can cause dehydration.

Care:

● Let the patient rest in bed, keep the abdomen warm, and feed water in small amounts and multiple times;

●Give nutrient-rich liquid or semi-liquid food;

● Pay attention to anal care when you have frequent diarrhea. You can apply a small amount of oil around the anus.

● For children with bacillary dysentery, it is important to adhere to the medication for a full course of treatment and not to stop taking the medication on your own after the diarrhea stops;

●Do not use antibiotics without authorization for children with autumn diarrhea. Use the drugs reasonably under the guidance of a doctor.
