Children who have received systematic early education since birth have higher IQs, stronger adaptability, and are healthier, more lively, more individual, and easier to sociable than children who have never received early education. It can be seen that it is crucial to provide targeted guidance and training based on the characteristics of children's physical and psychological development and the development characteristics of their sensitive period, which will lay a good foundation for the cultivation of children's multiple intelligences and healthy personality.

Before the age of 3, the development of children's physical movements, cognition, communication skills, emotions, adaptability, and social qualities are all at a very critical period. They are equally important and there is no distinction between primary and secondary.

On the one hand, all aspects of the body are not fully developed, the internal organs are very delicate, and the resistance is poor; on the other hand, they develop quickly, are full of vitality, and diseases transform quickly. They are prone to colds, fevers, and fear of cold and heat, which are what Chinese medicine often calls "easy to get cold and hot, easy to be weak and strong". They are very prone to getting sick when they are exposed to cold and heat or have improper diet. However, if they are properly adjusted, they can recover easily. Because babies have different physiological characteristics and nutritional needs during infancy and early childhood, their diet needs to receive more attention[2].
