So if a person wants to grow taller, simply supplementing calcium is not enough!

Some may even be allergic to milk (it is recommended to stop drinking milk). You can find ways to solve this problem: 1. Drink in small amounts multiple times, or eat with yogurt. 2. Eat a certain amount of staple food before drinking milk, such as small breads, snacks, etc., and avoid drinking milk on an empty stomach; 3. Switch to lactose-free milk, such as Shuhua milk; 4. If the child is already overweight, it is recommended that he drink skimmed milk for a period of time.

Eat iron-rich foods such as lean meat regularly, and pair them with foods rich in vitamin C, such as fresh vegetables and fruits, to promote the absorption of heme iron. Also eat foods rich in vitamin D regularly, such as: marine fish, egg yolks, animal liver, cream, etc., and often engage in outdoor activities and get more sun exposure to promote the synthesis of vitamin D in the skin, which is beneficial to the absorption and utilization of calcium.
