(3) Parents should lower their expectations and give more encouragement

Children with motor uncoordination find it difficult to gain recognition, let alone praise, from others in sports. Being appreciated is the strongest demand in the depths of a child's heart. When children make a little progress, parents should be their most loyal fans, praise them well and encourage them to achieve higher goals. The younger the child is, the more he needs appreciation and encouragement.

(4) Parents should encourage their children to do things within their ability.

Many families have only one child, and it is normal for parents to spoil their children. The child just needs to stretch out his hand for clothes and open his mouth for food. This will make the child dependent and deprive the child of the opportunity to exercise hands-on. Therefore, parents should encourage their children to do things by themselves, such as dressing themselves, helping their parents wash dishes, etc. Sufficient activity and exercise can help improve the brain's integration ability. Hand-eye coordination exercises are also a very effective method.

(5) Parents should be prepared to persevere and take long-term goals
