After having a baby, many mothers will feel particularly happy and will take care of the baby wholeheartedly. Once the baby has some health problems, they will take the baby to the hospital for examination and treatment in time. When a baby has a stuffy nose, regurgitation, sneezing, and rapid breathing, it is likely that the baby has a lung-related disease. It is best to go to the hospital for an X-ray to confirm the diagnosis. Increased lung texture (1) Increased bronchial lung markings: The lung texture is uneven, often mixed with deformed texture and small honeycomb shadows, which is common in chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, etc. (2) Increased vascular lung markings: The lung texture is coarse, and the blood vessels are kept from the hilum to the lungs, often accompanied by an enlarged heart, which is mainly seen in rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, etc. (3) Increased lymphocytic lung markings: The lung texture is a fine reticular pattern in both lungs, which is common in pneumoconiosis, lymphangitic carcinomatosis, etc. (4) Increased lung texture due to smoking: The lungs showed increased texture, but the movement was normal, which was mainly caused by carbon monoxide deposition caused by long-term smoking. (5) Physiological increase in lung markings: It is mainly seen in the elderly and obese people. The former is because the elderly have relatively abundant lung interstitial tissue, which shows increased lung texture on the X-ray chest film; the latter is because the examinee is obese and has increased subcutaneous fat, which leads to increased X-ray absorption, thus causing the false appearance of increased lung texture on the chest film. X-ray imaging is a complex process. It is not only related to the density and thickness of human tissues, but also depends on the X-ray dose, X-ray penetration, X-ray projection angle and distance, film sensitivity, film washing solution efficiency, temperature and time, etc. During the filming and film washing process, changes in any link can affect the quality of the X-ray film and cause an increase in lung texture. In addition, if the doctor reading the film is inexperienced, it is easy to mistake a normal chest X-ray for a normal chest X-ray. Reported as increased lung markings. It can be seen that there are many reasons for increased lung texture, which can be pathological, physiological or technical. Generally speaking, the isolated report of increased lung texture has little clinical value. Only by carefully analyzing the nature of increased lung texture and combining it with other X-ray manifestations, clinical conditions and technical conditions can we draw a correct conclusion. |
