Recipe: 200g pork liver, 300g celery, 30g wet starch, cooking oil, sugar, salt, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar

Preparation method: Remove the fascia from the pork liver, cut it into thin slices, mix it with starch and salt and set aside; wash the celery and cut it into sections. Heat the oil in a pan, add the pork liver and fry until oily, then serve. Leave a little oil in the pot and stir-fry the celery. When it is almost cooked, add appropriate amounts of sugar, salt and soy sauce. Thicken with wet starch, then pour in the pork liver, stir-fry and drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar.
