4. Children who have undergone single ventricle correction or palliative surgery and have lower activity tolerance than normal children. Such as: single ventricle, tricuspid atresia, mitral atresia, isolated right ventricular dysplasia, etc.

5. Multiple surgeries are required in stages, and activity tolerance is significantly lower than that of normal children. Such as: hypoplastic left heart syndrome, severe aortic valve stenosis or atresia, etc.
