It is generally most common in infants within 3 months after birth, and can heal itself when the baby is over 1 year old. There are many reasons why babies spit up milk, and mothers should "prescribe the right medicine" to "cure the disease"! In addition to the above treatment methods, the correct body position can also prevent babies from spitting up milk. For example, after feeding, hold the baby upright and pat him a few times to expel the swallowed air from his mouth; or for babies with severe regurgitation, place the baby in a prone position with shoulders raised 30 degrees after feeding, but be careful to prevent suffocation.
