1. Wash and peel the pears one by one, and use a puree grinder to grind the pear flesh into fine pear puree;

2. Take a bowl, put a piece of cage cloth (or gauze) on it, and put the pear meat puree on the cage cloth;

3. Lift the four corners and squeeze out all the pear juice, break the rock sugar into pieces, slice the ginger for later use, remove the core of the red dates and slice them;

4. Pour all into the pot, add sliced ​​jujube meat, ginger, rock sugar, Sichuan Fritillary powder and licorice;

5. After boiling over medium heat, turn to low heat and simmer until it becomes very thick and then turn off the heat;

6. When it has dried naturally and reaches the same temperature as your hand, use a strainer to filter out the boiled pear juice, add honey and mix well, put it into a bottle sterilized with hot water and store it in the refrigerator. When drinking, mix it with warm boiled water.

Stewed pear with rock sugar (mainly for sore throat)

Ingredients: 1 snow pear, appropriate amount of rock sugar.

1. Wash and peel a pear, cut off the top as a lid, and use a knife and spoon to dig out the core;

2. Put the rock sugar in the middle, cover the lid, and put the processed snow pears into a deep plate or bowl (the steamed pears will release a lot of sweet soup, so it is best to choose a deeper container for steaming);

3. Finally, put the pears into the steamer and steam them for 1.5 to 2 hours until the pears are completely softened.

4. If you find it troublesome to hollow out the pear core, you can wash the pear, peel and seed it, cut it into large pieces, put it in a bowl, add rock sugar, and steam it in a steamer until it is soft. You can use a steamer or casserole to hold the pear pieces, or you can use a rice cooker to steam them, it depends on your preference.

Longan, Tremella and Lotus Seed Soup (Mainly for treating blisters in the mouth)

Ingredients: 50g white fungus, 50g longan, 15 lotus seeds, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.

1. Soak the lotus seeds for half a day, then add Tremella and continue soaking for 1 hour. Soak the longan pulp in warm water for 5 minutes, rinse off the impurities, pour in a little water and set aside.

2. After the Tremella is soaked and expanded, rinse off the impurities, tear it into small pieces, and pour the processed Tremella, lotus seeds, and longan pulp into the pot;

Cucumber and kiwi juice (for chapped lips)

Ingredients: 1 cucumber, 1 kiwi, and appropriate amount of honey.

2. Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into pieces. Wash the cucumber and cut into pieces.

3. Put the chopped kiwi and cucumber pieces into a blender, squeeze into juice, and add honey.

Sweet potato fried with melon (for dry and itchy skin)

Ingredients : 300 grams of sweet potatoes, 100 grams of milk melon, coriander leaves, green onion segments, and minced garlic.
