What will happen if dampness and toxins are present in the baby’s body? Please take note of these symptoms

If there is dampness and toxins in the baby's body, some symptoms will be very obvious, such as the baby's mental state is very bad, the baby will sleep for a very long time, the baby's feces will stick to the toilet, and the color of the tongue coating will also change abnormally.

The first trick: Check your baby's mental state when you get up

If your baby is particularly tired, cannot wake up, and has no energy when you wake up every morning, or looks like he is wearing wet clothes, feels uncomfortable all over, and is too lazy to move... then you can be sure that there is dampness in his body.

Tip 2: Look at your baby’s stool when he/she goes to the toilet

After your baby goes to the toilet, you can observe his stool. Is it stuck to the toilet? Even a tank of water can't flush it away. If it is inconvenient to observe the toilet, you can also observe the toilet paper. Normally, one or two pieces of paper are enough. If three or five pieces of paper cannot be wiped clean after repeated wiping, it also means that there is moisture in the body.

In addition, the color and shape of the stool can also help determine whether there is moisture in the body. Normal stools are golden yellow and banana-shaped, but few people have this healthy stool nowadays. When there is dampness in the body, the stool will be blue in color, loose and soft without any shape, and there will always be a feeling of incomplete excretion. Over time, the toxins produced by stool retention accumulate in the body, causing a variety of diseases.

Tip 3: Look at the color of your baby’s tongue

"The tongue is the sprout of the heart and the external sign of the spleen." The tongue can sensitively reflect the baby's physical condition. When cleaning your baby's mouth, you can carefully observe the baby's tongue to see the color and thickness of the tongue coating.

A healthy tongue is pale pink and moist, with a thin, white and clear layer of tongue coating on the surface, with moderate dryness and wetness, neither slippery nor dry. If the tongue does not meet these indicators, it means that there is a problem with the body's functions. If the tongue coating is white and thick, and looks smooth and moist, it means that there is cold in the body; if the tongue coating is rough or very thick, yellow and greasy, it means that there is damp heat in the body; if the tongue is red and has no coating, it means that the body is already hot to a certain degree and has damaged the yin.

Tip 4: The baby's appetite decreases and his appetite is poor

From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, heavy humidity in spring causes the spleen and stomach to regress, so people will feel poor appetite and loss of appetite. I fed the child noodles, rice, and porridge alternately, but he refused to eat.

>>:  Watching TV is harmful to children. You should pay attention to it after watching it.
