How to treat children's dampness

How to treat children's dampness

Dampness is an important cause of physical weakness in people. This is something that many people are very familiar with. In our lives, we often see many people getting sick for one reason or another. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the reason why people are so easy to get sick is because the dampness in their bodies is very heavy. Children's bodies are more easily disturbed by dampness, and they often get sick easily. So do you know how to better treat children's dampness?

Symptoms of heavy dampness

Too much moisture in the body can make people feel sleepy, heavy in the body, loss of appetite, cold hands and feet, skin rashes, a sticky and uncomfortable face, and even gastroenteritis. Oral symptoms are more obvious, with a thick white tongue coating. It may be related to your bad mood, overwork, eating too much (liking fatty, sweet and cold food), craving for coolness, etc.

What to do if there is heavy humidity

Recommendation 1: Symptomatic medication:

1. Take Fuzi Lizhong Pills and Xiangsha Yangwei Pills (this is used for loose stools due to weak spleen and stomach. If the stool is basically normal or slightly dry, take Xiaojianzhong Granules) together.

2. Yupingfeng Powder, Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills (can be taken for about 7 days first), Xilei Powder (to be held orally when sore throat or oral infection occurs), Astragalus Granules and VB group (especially B2, 10 capsules in the morning and evening for 2-3 days for oral infection).

3. Although you may not need to take medication for the time being, if you need to take medication, it is best to find a local Chinese medicine doctor to prescribe medication based on your condition.

2. Diet therapy:

1. Red bean, coix seed, and mung bean porridge: 30 grams each of dried red bean, coix seed, and mung bean (or 50 grams each of dried red bean, coix seed, and mung bean), use a soymilk maker to make mature pulp and take it warm in two or three times (you can also wash an equal amount of thermos at night, pour in half a bottle of boiling water, drink the soup during the day the next day, and cook and eat porridge at night), take it for seven days in a row, then reduce to two to three times to once a week.

2. Drink ginger and sugar tea: 5-9 grams of dried ginger powder (1-2 times a day), brew with boiling water for 10-15 minutes, add appropriate amount of brown sugar as tea. 3. Conditioning: 1. Maintain a balanced mentality, be optimistic and positive, and do not suppress or indulge yourself too much. 2. Eat a balanced diet. Eat more warm foods and less cold foods (especially cold drinks).

Dampness has a huge impact on people. Dampness can cause adults to become weak, so we must be careful when children fight. How can we better treat children with heavy dampness? After reading the introduction above, I believe everyone has understood that moisture has a great impact on people. Therefore, everyone must pay attention to their baby's body in daily life and let them exercise and sweat more, which will make it easier to eliminate moisture.
