What's wrong with the baby with blue veins on the bridge of the nose?

What is the matter with the blue veins on the baby's nose bridge? Many people have different opinions. Some people think that such symptoms indicate that the child is unhealthy, but some people worry that such symptoms are due to congenital diseases of the child, and are afraid that the baby's respiratory tract is not good, etc. These statements are reasonable, but what is the truth? I believe that few people know. So what is the matter with the blue veins on the nose bridge?

Blue veins "forecast" asthma prognosis

It seems that the blue veins at the root of the nose are somewhat related to respiratory diseases. Therefore, we set our next research target on children with respiratory diseases. We conducted long-term observations on children who are prone to repeated colds and children with asthma, and found that a high proportion of these children, about 60%, had blue veins at the root of their nose. Among them, the incidence of blue veins at the root of the nose in children with asthma reached 70%.

We examined the immune function of these children and found that those with blue veins had significantly low immune function. In traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis, the appearance of blue veins generally indicates "blood stasis" in the body. Sure enough, we found that the platelet aggregation function (a laboratory test that can reflect blood stasis syndrome) of the "blue vein baby" was obviously abnormal. Other tests also confirmed it. "Blue vein baby" does have symptoms of blood stasis.

The blue veins on the face of the "blue vein baby" are "colorful", including horizontal (mostly), vertical, branched, dark blue, and light blue. During our observations, we did not find anything special about the shapes of the blue veins, but the color of the blue veins is very important: when a disease occurs, the blue veins are dark blue; when the condition improves, the blue veins turn light blue; when the disease is cured, most of the blue veins disappear. This reminds us that the advance and retreat of the blue veins on the bridge of the nose has a certain relationship with the severity of the disease, and can be used as a reference indicator for the prognosis of respiratory diseases such as asthma.

When blue veins appear on the baby's nose bridge, many people think that it is related to the child's physique. They think that children with blue veins on the nose bridge are difficult to raise, which is not good for the children, and the children are prone to illness. Therefore, parents are particularly worried about the blue veins on their children's nose bridge and dare not ignore it. In fact, the blue veins on the baby's nose bridge can be removed, and the child's nutrition can be strengthened and the child's physique can be improved, so that the child will not easily get sick.
