Atractylodes macrocephala, perilla leaf and pork tripe porridge: 30 grams of Atractylodes macrocephala, 10 grams of perilla leaf, 100 grams of pork tripe (sliced), 2 slices of ginger, and 100 grams of japonica rice. First, boil Atractylodes macrocephala and Perilla leaf to extract the juice, cook it into porridge with pork tripe and rice, and finally add ginger and other ingredients to take.

Lentil, Euryale ferox and yam porridge: 30 grams of lentils, 30 grams of yam, 30 grams of Euryale ferox and 60 grams of japonica rice, cook them together into porridge. Once a day.

Treatment for sinusitis can be divided into two categories: systemic and local. Systemic treatment mainly uses antibiotics. Since sinusitis is mostly caused by bacteria, especially pyogenic bacteria, the use of antibiotics is very necessary and very effective. It is best given by intramuscular injection or intravenous drip. The effect is faster than oral administration. Pay attention to the reaction after taking the medicine.
