Mildly autistic children

Mildly autistic children

Every child is the treasure of his parents and the hope of a family. Autism, also known as childhood autism, is a developmental disorder. It is like a pair of scissors that breaks the wings of a child's flight. Of course, now more and more parents of children with autism have put in a lot of effort to make their children better. Like other diseases, the earlier autism is discovered and treated, the better the treatment effect will be. Let's take a look at what are the symptoms of mildly autistic children?

Symptoms of mild autism in children:

1. Communication barriers

1. The children have obvious deficiencies in language expression and communication. There will be no spoken words or gestures to express one's emotions.

2. About 50% of children with mild autism do not have communicative language. Many children with autism speak very little.

(II) Barriers to interpersonal relationships

1. Children with autism cannot interact with others and cannot communicate well with others. They like to confine themselves in a small space. It is obvious that children with autism cannot make friends well.

2. Autistic patients lack the ability to learn and understand the relationship between themselves and others and the ability to deal with basic social interactions, and cannot play with other children.

(III): Isolate yourself from others and do your usual behaviors

1. Autism is a developmental disorder caused by congenital brain damage and can usually be detected before the age of three.

2. Autistic children have shown characteristics different from those of ordinary children, such as difficulty understanding and expressing language, difficulty building relationships with people around them, abnormal reactions to various sensory stimuli, and unchanging and fixed ways of playing and behaviors.

(IV) Emotional agitation and frequent harmful behaviors

1. Due to communication difficulties and the inability to adapt to changes, patients are more likely to be stimulated by emotional or environmental factors and exhibit impulsive or harmful behaviors.

2. They may be overly active, move around, scream, jump, or feel particularly bored or anxious due to psychological, physiological, environmental, weather and other factors, leading to self-injurious behaviors such as banging their heads, pulling their hair or biting their hands.

(V): Moody, afraid of losing control of emotions

1. Children with autism may have flat emotions, or excessive or inappropriate emotions that are disproportionate to the situation. They often cry for no apparent reason, cry loudly, and are difficult to calm down with comfort. Some also giggled for no reason.

2. Not afraid of things that most children are afraid of, such as cars, tall buildings, and furry animals. The sick children often experience spinning without feeling dizzy, and self-injurious behavior is common. Epileptic seizures may occur in early childhood or adolescence, with the latter being more common.

6. Characteristics of Play and Activities

1. The child exhibits repetitive behaviors or has fixed and special ways of playing, and is unable to play games with rules.
