Sleep time and precautions for eight-month-old babies

Recently, many babies have been suffering from lack of sleep. Lack of sleep may affect the normal physical development of our children. If they do not get enough rest, their children may suffer from neurasthenia. Our mothers must provide our children with an environment that is more suitable for rest. Let’s briefly describe the sleep time and precautions for eight-month-old babies.

Physiological indicators of eight-month-old babies:

At eight months old, the baby boy weighs 6.9 to 10.8 kg and is 65.7 to 76.3 cm long.

The weight of the baby girl is 6.3-10.1 kg and the length is 63.7-74.5 cm.

The amount of time babies sleep and how soundly they sleep varies from one baby to another between 7 and 12 months old. Generally, I take a nap in the morning, and each nap lasts 1 to 2 hours. Sleep 1 to 2 times in the afternoon, each time for 1 to 2 hours, and the sleep conditions at night are also different. I usually sleep about 10 hours at night. Among babies of this age, it is rare for them to sleep through the night without waking up. Generally, you need to wake up 2 to 3 times to urinate. At this time, there are babies who fall asleep immediately after their diapers are changed, babies who can only fall asleep after eating enough breast milk, and babies who cannot fall asleep without drinking about 80 to 100 ml of milk. In short, babies at this stage should sleep 14 to 15 hours a day. Too little sleep can affect the baby's physical development; too much sleep can affect the activity time and slow down the baby's motor development.

We all need to pay great attention to the sleep time of eight-month-old babies. At the same time, we must provide our babies with the most suitable resting environment to help them improve their sleep quality and depth. It is also very necessary to reasonably match the diet for our children and provide them with adequate nutrition.
