What causes precocious puberty?

In fact, the causes of precocious puberty are very diverse. It can be caused not only by diet, but also by daily living habits and some diseases. Therefore, if parents want to prevent their children from developing this disease, the simplest way is to let them live a reasonable and scientific life, go to bed early and get up early, and supplement their diet with adequate nutrition.

There are two main causes of precocious puberty. The first type is purely pathological, caused by genetics, central nervous system abnormalities, etc. The second category is non-disease causes, which are also the main cause of precocious puberty in children.

There are four main non-disease causes: improper diet, the child's mother's use of cosmetics, adverse picture stimulation and environmental pollution.

In terms of diet, children often eat foods containing hormones, such as broiler chickens ripened with hormones. In addition, some children watch TV and often browse pornographic pictures on the website, which may affect physiological changes after being stimulated.

The clinical manifestations of precocious puberty vary greatly. It can occur in all age groups before puberty, and the symptoms develop at different speeds. Some children may stagnate for a period of time after reaching a certain level of sexual development before further development.

There is a difference between true and false precocious puberty. True precocious puberty is the premature maturation of both internal and external genitalia, also known as complete precocious puberty. The sexual development process of such children follows the normal rules mentioned above and they are capable of reproduction. Children with pseudo-precocious puberty are infertile and only show the appearance of secondary sexual characteristics, such as premature breast development, vulvar genital development, vaginal bleeding, etc. Whether precocious puberty is true or false, it may be accompanied by accelerated growth in height and weight, rapid skeletal maturation and premature fusion of epiphyses, so that the child shows rapid growth and advanced bone age in the early stage of the disease, but ultimately becomes shorter in adulthood, often less than 150 cm.

As long as you are more careful in daily life, precocious puberty can be detected in time. If a child is diagnosed with precocious puberty, parents should not only actively cooperate with the doctor's treatment, but also give the child all kinds of care and love, and provide appropriate sex education to make the child understand the true situation of his or her disease and eliminate mental stress.

After reading this article, I believe everyone has an understanding of what instruments are available for precocious puberty. In fact, as long as parents are more careful in daily life, the disease of precocious puberty can be discovered in time. Once confirmed, parents must cooperate with the doctor's treatment.
