Many children have weak immunity, so they get sick. Since young children's body functions are not fully developed, try not to use medication if possible. A child's runny nose is likely due to a cold or chill, and food therapy can be said to be the simplest treatment method.

1. Radish and cabbage soup: use 250 grams of cabbage heart, 60 grams of white radish, add water and boil, then add 10-20 grams of brown sugar, eat the vegetables and drink the soup.

2. Vegetable root soup: 3 pieces of cabbage roots, wash and slice, add 7 large onion roots, boil the soup, add sugar and drink it while hot.

3. Radish soup: Slice 150 grams of white radish, add 900 ml of water, boil until 600 ml, add 5 grams of white sugar, drink one cup while it is hot, and then drink another cup after half an hour.

4. Rice vinegar radish dish: 250 grams of radish, appropriate amount of rice vinegar, wash and slice the radish, soak in vinegar for 1 hour, and serve as a dish with rice.

5. Tangerine peel and ginger tea: 10 grams each of tangerine peel and ginger, boil in water, add 10-20 grams of brown sugar when drinking.

6. Ginger and sugar drink: 15 grams of ginger slices, 3 pieces of 3 cm long green onion, add 50 grams of water, boil and add brown sugar. Ginger tea must be taken while it is hot, then cover yourself with a blanket and sweat slightly. It is best to take a nap, which will help lower your body temperature and relieve headaches.

7. Water chestnut soup: add a few water chestnuts, some rock sugar, boil with water, eat the water chestnuts and drink the soup

8. Perilla porridge: 10 grams of perilla leaves, 50 grams of japonica rice, 3 slices of ginger, and 3 dates. First cook porridge with japonica rice. When the porridge is almost cooked, add perilla leaves, ginger and jujube, and drink it while it is hot.

9. Scallion porridge: 50 grams of rice, 5 slices of ginger, 5 pieces of scallion with roots, 5 ml of rice vinegar, add appropriate amount of water to cook porridge, drink while hot.

10. Almond and radish decoction: 10 grams of almonds (sweet), 3 slices of ginger, 100 grams of white radish, decocted in water, 1 dose per day.
