What to do with children's lymphadenopathy

What to do with children's lymphadenopathy

Pediatric lymphotubercosis is a primary infection that occurs after the tuberculosis bacteria invade the human body for the first time and is the main type of pediatric pulmonary tuberculosis. This type of tuberculosis can be mild or severe. Mild cases have no obvious symptoms and will only be discovered during a physical examination; severe cases may have symptoms of tuberculosis poisoning; it can also present as an acute onset, which often occurs in infants and young children, with a sudden high fever lasting 2 to 3 weeks, and then a low fever returns. Parents should take their children to the hospital for examination in time and actively provide treatment for their children. So what to do with children's lymphadenopathy?

Drug treatment

When anti-tuberculosis drug treatment causes severe allergic reactions and extensive perilesional inflammation, hormones, large amounts of vitamin C and calcium supplements can be added to the anti-tuberculosis drug treatment to achieve the purpose of desensitization and anti-inflammation.

Lymph tuberculosis is difficult to treat, so you must take medicine regularly and relax your mind. If you have this disease, you must pay attention to your diet and avoid eating irritating foods. If not treated, lymph node tuberculosis will metastasize or enlarge, causing other diseases, and in severe cases, it may cause malignant diseases such as pulmonary tuberculosis and tumors. So you must pay attention to your diet!

If pus is already flowing out during surgical treatment, it is an ulcerative type of lymph node tuberculosis. After 3 weeks of anti-tuberculosis treatment, surgical resection is chosen, and the surgical method is lesion removal.

What should we do if we have lymph tuberculosis in children? The methods mentioned above will be helpful in the treatment of lymph tuberculosis in children. However, the treatment for pediatric lymph node tuberculosis will vary depending on the location of the lymph node tuberculosis. Parents cannot generalize. They should take their children to the hospital to determine where the lymph tuberculosis grows so that they can provide more accurate treatment for their children. Treating the disease with the right medicine will have better results.
