Method 4: Garlic, ginger and brown sugar water

7-8 slices of ginger, 7-8 cloves of garlic, 1 spoon of brown sugar, add water and boil, take 1-2 times a day, 3 times a day for severe cases (half the amount for children).

Method 5: Minced garlic

Take 3-4 cloves of garlic, peel them and cut them into thin slices, place them around the stove and roast them. When the garlic cloves are basically dry and roasted yellow (be careful not to roast them until they are burnt), use a rolling pin to crush them into minced meat, the finer the better. When taking it, take a tablespoon of minced garlic and an appropriate amount of brown sugar, pour in boiling water, stir well and drink it, twice a day, and drink it for 2-3 days to cure.

Method 6: Minced Garlic

Peel the garlic cloves and mash them into a paste. Put them into an empty medicine bottle, point the bottle mouth to your nose, and try to smell the spicy smell of the garlic. You can sniff it 4-5 times a day depending on the condition of the disease.
