What should a baby eat to stimulate his appetite if he has a poor appetite?

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that people with strong spleen and stomach functions who are strong in all seasons have stronger resistance and are not prone to illness. However, this is not the case with our children. Because children are still relatively young, if a baby has a bad spleen and stomach, what kind of food should he eat to regulate it? In this case, it is mostly considered that the baby is lacking in trace elements in the body. The baby has a poor appetite, so what should he eat to stimulate his appetite?

Children with weak spleen and stomach are particularly prone to catching colds, which are manifested by sallow complexion, "blue veins" on the bridge of the nose, thin body, loss of appetite, restless sleep, and frequent diarrhea. Dietary therapy is good for the baby's spleen and stomach.

The baby's anorexia is related to weak spleen and stomach and lack of trace elements in the body. You can appropriately prepare some spleen-strengthening and appetite-stimulating food for the baby. Zinc helps restore the sensitivity of taste buds and thus increase appetite. You can also supplement with some zinc gluconate oral solution to see if the condition is relieved.
