Diet therapy for one-year-old baby's nose bleeding

Since babies around one year old are still young, their organs are still in the development stage and are relatively delicate and fragile, so parents usually take care of them very carefully. And precisely because they are so young, it is really not good for babies to take too many medicines. As the saying goes, all medicines are poisonous! But when there is a problem, we have to give the children medicine. But it's not that there are no other methods. Chinese Traditional Medicine is profound and many of its medicinal herbs have miraculous effects. Today I will tell you about the dietary treatment for nose bleeding in one-year-old babies.

Children who are prone to nosebleeds can also choose the following Chinese medicine and dietary therapy to promote recovery and consolidate the therapeutic effect:

1. Crucian carp, gypsum and tofu. One crucian carp weighs about 150 grams, tofu weighs 200 grams, and gypsum weighs 30 grams. After slaughtering and cleaning the fish, put it into the pot together with the tofu and gypsum. Add appropriate amount of water and boil for 1 hour. Season with salt and it is ready to eat. Young children can only drink the soup without eating the residue to prevent fish bones from choking their throats. It has the effects of clearing lung heat, reducing stomach fire and stopping nosebleeds.

2. Drink with two roots of raw rehmannia: 30 grams each of fresh raw rehmannia and fresh white imperata root, 50 grams of fresh reed root, decocted in water, 1 dose per day, drink instead of tea, use for 7 to 10 days, it can clear away heat, cool blood and stop bleeding.

3. Drink fresh lotus root juice: Wash 300 grams of fresh lotus root, grind it and squeeze out about 50-100 ml of juice; take 50 ml each time, mix with a small amount of white sugar, stew it and then drink. It can clear away heat, relieve summer heat, cool blood and stop bleeding.

4. Daylily and lean pork soup: 30 grams of daylily (dried, soaked and washed), 100 grams of lean pork, and 2 candied dates, put them into a pot, add appropriate amount of water and simmer for 1 hour, season with salt and serve. It has the effects of clearing heat and calming the liver, moistening dryness and stopping nosebleeds.

5. Donkey-hide gelatin stewed with lean meat: Put 6 grams of donkey-hide gelatin and 30 grams of lean meat (sliced) in a bowl, add appropriate amount of boiling water, cover and stew for 1 hour, add a little salt to taste and serve. It has the functions of nourishing yin and blood and stopping nosebleeds.

Dietary therapy kills two birds with one stone, supplementing nutrition and helping the condition. Of course, it depends on the situation. If a one-year-old baby has a lot of nose bleeding, is in poor spirits, and doesn't like to eat, it is recommended to see a regular hospital. A child's recovery ability is several times that of an adult, so if you treat the symptoms, he will get better soon.
