The best areas to sunbathe are the buttocks and legs where fat is more accumulated. It is best to adjust the sunbathing time according to the region and season. For example, in the summer when the sun is strong, the time for each sun exposure should be controlled within 10 to 15 minutes, while in winter, spring and autumn it should be controlled within half an hour. It should be emphasized that the length of time for sun exposure should be controlled so that the child's skin does not become red or hot. Generally speaking, it is okay to sunbathe through glass, but glass will absorb ultraviolet rays after all. The purpose of letting babies sunbathe is to let them absorb some ultraviolet rays to promote the synthesis of vitamin D, so we don’t need to use glass to block it.
