Sometimes the baby's submandibular lymph nodes are also swollen and fever symptoms appear. This is an inflammation around the root tip, which sometimes develops into a purulent inflammation. In this case, you must ask a doctor to grind open the affected tooth to drain the pus, take antibiotics orally or intramuscularly, and change the dressings repeatedly until the inflammation is completely eliminated before you can finally fill the tooth.
