3.2 Local treatment

Local treatment can be combined with systemic treatment or used alone to achieve the purpose of calming itching, moisturizing the skin, and preventing and treating secondary skin damage.

For those without obvious secondary damage, you can use topical antipruritic tincture of Fulfamethoxazole, calamine lotion, 1% thymol and other drugs twice a day, or use preparations made with corticosteroids such as Lefu solution and fluocinolone ointment, etc., twice a day, and apply them to the affected area.

For local skin hypertrophy and lichenification, apply topical corticosteroid cream or ointment such as Enfu Cream and Fule Cream. You can also use 5% to 10% black bean distillate oil or pine distillate oil ointment.

3.3 Physical therapy and radiotherapy

For systemic skin itching, ultraviolet radiation, mineral baths, bran baths, starch baths, etc. can be used. When localized pruritus is accompanied by secondary skin infiltration and hypertrophy and multiple treatment methods are ineffective, high-frequency electrotherapy with dazonval or local liquid nitrogen freezing spray can be used.
