The cough has three main characteristics: one coughs before going to bed at night; one coughs when waking up in the middle of the night; and one coughs when waking up in the morning. Some children can cough for three months in a row.

How to prevent variant asthma in children

It is very important to eliminate the cause of cough variant asthma in children. Doctors remind us that we can do it from the following aspects: when the seasons change and the temperature changes suddenly, pay attention to keep warm and avoid catching a cold; avoid eating foods that may cause allergic symptoms, such as seafood, cold drinks, etc.; do not keep pets and flowers at home, do not lay carpets, avoid contact with pollen, dust mites, oil smoke, paint, etc.; do not let children fall asleep with plush toys; in the bathroom and basement, dehumidifiers and air filters should be used, and the filters should be replaced regularly; bedding should be dried frequently.

We all know that every child is in a period of rapid growth and development, and is often particularly prone to these diseases. By understanding how to prevent childhood variant asthma, we must create a good living environment for our children in our daily lives. Try not to keep pets and some flowering flowers at home, and keep the air fresh.
