One year and ten months old baby intelligence

When a baby is just born, its brain is not fully developed, especially in terms of intelligence. It has no thinking and action ability. A one-year-and-ten-month-old baby will have slight discrimination ability, but in this process, parents must provide correct guidance to promote the healthy development of the baby's intelligence. You can play some games with the baby to increase his memory and thinking points, or eat some food to improve his intelligence.

1. Physical development

Drooling and grimacing decrease. Weight gain is approximately 60-90 grams per week. The average height increase is 1.5 cm per month.

2. Sensory and motor development

Able to go from sitting to prone position and from prone to sitting position. The movements of the body, hands, arms, fingers, lower limbs and feet become coordinated. If placed in a fence, the child can stand up by himself by pulling up the railings, until the body is fully upright and the feet can always stand firmly on the bed. When sitting, the body should not lose balance. The body should be able to sway left and right and turn around, and stand steadily by holding on to furniture. Can poke, prod, and pull things with thumb and index finger. Place small objects on the table, such as small sugar pills, and pinch the tips of the thumb and index finger together, with coordinated, quick, and skillful movements to pick up the small objects. Start letting go of what you are holding. When you put the building blocks under the cup in front of the baby, turn your hand towards the baby and take off the cup lid and take out the building blocks. Able to climb escalator steps.

3. Language and adaptive behavior

Can make the sounds of "Mom" and "Dad" purposefully and, with encouragement, will imitate adults in pronouncing one or two words, such as "take" and "go". Can eat cookies by themselves quite skillfully. There is less interest in the mouth and more interest in the fingers and toes.

Ensure adequate and comprehensive nutrition, such as calcium, protein, sugar, vitamins, etc. Eat more eggs and meat to supplement protein, and also eat more walnuts.

Talk to your baby more. Even if the baby doesn’t understand anything during the infant stage, talking to the child more can indeed affect the functioning of the child’s brain, and the child will become lively and cute in the future.
