How to make baby banana cake:

Banana Steamed Cake

Material:

120g banana, 2 eggs, 60g flour, 8-10g soft sugar

practice:

1. Separate the egg white and egg yolk and weigh the powder.

2. Mash the bananas into a paste. It doesn’t have to be very fine, but it should taste like banana flesh.

3. Mix the banana puree and egg yolk evenly, then add the sifted flour and mix well.

4. Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg white and use a whisk to beat it until it has upright pointed corners when pulled up, which means it is very fermented.

5. Stir the egg white paste and egg yolk paste evenly. Be careful not to stir in circles, which will cause the egg whites to defoam and the cake to not be soft enough. The technique is similar to cooking.

6. Pour the mixed banana cake batter into the mold, put it in a pot with cold water, and steam it over high heat for 15 minutes.

7. After steaming, take it out immediately and turn it upside down for 5 minutes. Remove it from the mold while it is still hot. Tips: Suitable for babies over 8 months old.
