Seven reasons why children have nose bleeding

Many children are prone to nose bleeding, which may be caused by accidentally hitting their nose while playing. It is also possible that the child has too much internal heat in the body, which causes nose bleeding. However, there are more reasons for children's nose bleeding than this. There are many reasons that people don't understand. Here I will introduce to you the seven reasons for children's nose bleeding.

There are seven reasons for nose bleeding in children: various rhinitis, sinusitis, nasal tuberculosis, nasal trauma, deviated nasal septum and other diseases; the air is too dry, the air pressure is relatively low, the room temperature is too high; picking the nose with hands; vitamin deficiency, picky eating and partial eating; damage to the nasal mucosa caused by hard objects; erosion of the nasal mucosa, deviated nasal septum, etc.; complications caused by thrombocytopenia.

After understanding the cause of children's nose bleeding, we can choose symptomatic treatment. When the nose bleeds, choose gauze or wet cotton to plug the nostrils to stop the bleeding. After stuffing the cotton, pinch the nostrils together with your thumb and index finger and keep pressing for 5 to 7 minutes to stop the bleeding. Or choose to sit up straight, apply ice, etc.

In the dry season, if a child has a history of nosebleeds, parents should prepare chloramphenicol eye ointment and apply it evenly in the child's nasal cavity every day. It can moisturize the nasal mucosa, correct the child's eating habits, avoid partial and picky eating, and arrange the child's diet reasonably. Once nose bleeding occurs, choose clean cotton wool to fill the nasal cavity to stop the bleeding, and apply a cold towel to the nose to constrict the nasal blood vessels.

The above is an introduction to some of the causes of nose bleeding in children. In order to prevent children from nose bleeding, the most important thing is to let children develop good living habits, do not pick their noses at will, avoid damaging the nose under strenuous activities, eat less spicy and irritating foods, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, pay attention to replenishing water, and prevent the occurrence of respiratory diseases.
