1. Warmth is the best policy

2. Ginger Cola

Wash the fresh ginger, peel it, and cut it into small strips. Clean the cooking pot, put in a bottle of Coca-Cola, and boil it together with the ginger strips. The general ratio of ginger to cola for adults is 1:100, and the ratio can be adjusted as appropriate for babies. After it cools down, add appropriate amount of rock sugar or white sugar and give your baby 1 small bowl each time. Drink two to three times a week.

The amount to give your baby can be determined based on his size. Babies under 1 year old can try a few teaspoons, babies over 1 year old can drink from the bottom of a small teacup or bowl, and babies over 2 years old can drink more than half a bowl.

Determine the ratio of shredded ginger and sugar according to the baby's taste. Babies under one year old cannot tolerate spicy food, so you can put less shredded ginger and more sugar.

3. Make your own breakfast

No matter how stressful your life is or how busy your work is, if you want to keep your baby away from colds, you must let your baby eat a good breakfast. Many parents believe that breakfast does not need to be as grand as lunch and dinner; the simpler the better. This view is totally wrong! Because only by eating a good breakfast can the baby's body produce enough heat to increase its ability to resist cold.
