What is the reason why children vomit after eating in summer?

In the summer, because the weather is relatively hot, many people's bodies begin to show some obvious manifestations and characteristics. People often sweat easily, and the temperature is too high. Many children begin to lose interest in eating and feel nauseous after eating. Most of these symptoms are caused by indigestion or being too hot. As parents, we must observe carefully, control and treat them reasonably.

Children vomiting is mostly due to poor digestion caused by eating too much, eating raw and cold food, or catching a cold and causing poor digestion and vomiting. At this time, parents should pay attention to the following points:

Fasting and no water for three hours. Do not eat anything for three hours to allow the gastrointestinal tract to fully rest and adjust. If there is no vomiting after three hours, you can feed a small amount of water. If there is no vomiting, you can feed a small amount of white rice porridge.

Watch for three symptoms. Do you have symptoms such as fever, headache, poor spirits, etc.? If so, you should go to the hospital for examination.

Rice porridge and noodles for three whole days. And within three days, you can only eat light and easily digestible food, mainly porridge, noodles with less oil and cooked thoroughly. Eggs, milk and meat should be avoided.

Through the above measures, most vomiting can be improved. Of course, there are some rare causes, such as food poisoning, intussusception, encephalitis, meningitis and other diseases, which should also be taken seriously.

First, consider whether there is a clear reason, such as eating unclean food, raw, cold, or spoiled food, or if many people who ate together experienced similar vomiting symptoms after the meal, you should go to the hospital for treatment in time.

Secondly, check for other accompanying symptoms. If accompanied by abdominal distension, the abdomen cannot be pressed, there is no stool or blood in the stool, B-ultrasound should be used to rule out intussusception. If accompanied by fever, headache, and poor spirits, go to the hospital for treatment.

Therefore , vomiting is mainly caused by the child's poor gastrointestinal digestion, which cannot digest the food in the stomach. At this time, do not feed the child with high-nutrition and difficult-to-digest food because you are afraid that the child will not be able to eat. Otherwise, the vomiting will only get worse and the gastrointestinal tract will get worse.
