What to do if your child has internal heat and fever

For children, they often do not pay attention to their physical health because they do not have the awareness in this regard. Especially when playing outdoors, they will not pay attention, so parents need to help their children protect their health. In life, some children will have internal heat and fever, and they will feel very uncomfortable. So what should we do if children have internal heat and fever?

Most fevers are caused by infections. The pathogens of infection may be bacteria, viruses, mycoplasma, etc., with the first two being the most common.

A routine blood test for the child can roughly tell whether the child is infected with bacteria or viruses, and then the appropriate medicine can be prescribed. If you have a low fever, your body temperature will return to normal by drinking more water. Generally speaking, it is not recommended to use antipyretic drugs as they may have significant side effects on children. If the body temperature is high and exceeds 38.5, drinking plenty of water and taking medication will quickly lower the temperature for the child.

What are the causes of internal heat fever in children?

There are actually many reasons for internal heat. This is mainly because babies are full of curiosity about the world, they are energetic all day long and not easily tired.
