Filling method: Mash the scallion whites and extract its juice to soak into cotton wool, then stuff the cotton wool into the nostrils. Alternatively, cut a garlic clove into a cylinder slightly smaller than the nostrils, wrap it with a thin layer of cotton or gauze and stuff it into the nostrils. This also has a good effect.

Side-lying massage method: If you have a blocked nose on the left side, lie on your right side; if you have a blocked nose on the right side, lie on your left side. Use two fingers to pinch your nose and massage the Yingxiang points on both sides for 1 to 2 minutes. The blocked nose can be removed.

Hot compress method: Apply a hot towel to the nose, or use a hair dryer to blow hot air into the nostrils, blowing on both sides of the temples, Fengchi acupoints, and Dazhui acupoints, and nasal congestion can be relieved.
