Treatment methods for enuresis in children, these measures are very effective

When children often wet the bed, many parents will scold them mercilessly. This is very wrong. In fact, every child does not want to wet the bed, so parents should be patient enough, pay more attention to their children, and help them find the correct treatment method.

1. Parents should stop scolding, threatening or beating their children for bed-wetting. They should let their children feel a relaxed environment and atmosphere to eliminate their self-blame and shame for bedwetting and frequent urination. In this way, his mental tension will gradually disappear. With the care, comfort and attention of parents, their psychology will gradually return to normal, and enuresis and neurogenic urinary frequency may be alleviated.

2. While adjusting the child's psychology, help the child establish a good routine and habits, drink less water before going to bed, and ask the child to urinate regularly at night. These methods can help reduce enuresis.

3. After achieving certain results through the above methods, you can give your child vitamin B1, or take a small amount of sedatives such as diazepam under the guidance of a doctor. In addition, commercially available Chinese patent medicines for nourishing the heart and tonifying the kidneys, such as Liuwei Dihuang Pills and Baizi Yangxin Pills, can also be used as auxiliary medicines.

4. The baby's urination is often regular after falling asleep. Most babies urinate 2 to 4 hours after falling asleep. Smart mothers, after understanding their baby's urination pattern, should wake up their baby in advance to urinate. The frequency should be 1 to 2 times a night, not too many times, otherwise it will affect the baby's sleep. After repeating this many times, your baby will wake up on his own before urinating.

5. Babies who often wet the bed are often timid, sensitive, easily excited or overly restrained. Therefore, parents should start by cultivating their baby's character to correct the bed-wetting phenomenon. When dealing with a baby who wets the bed, do not blame or threaten him or her, as that will only make the baby more nervous and aggravate the bedwetting phenomenon. The baby's psychological burden should be relieved. Once the baby stops wetting the bed, he should be praised and encouraged. The baby's bedwetting phenomenon will be reduced.
