Easy to affect height growth Although height is related to genetics and nutrition, it is also closely related to endocrine. The hypothalamus tissue in the human brain can secrete a growth hormone that promotes children's development. It is mainly secreted between 10 pm and 1 am. About 60 to 90 minutes after children fall asleep, secretion increases significantly, accounting for 1/2 to 3/4 of the total daily secretion.
